It’s not called the City of Dreams for no reason. This casino is a multi-phase complex; a literal mini city of casino lover’s dreams! It has a massive 420,000 square foot of gaming space that includes 450 gaming tables and 1,500 gaming machines. That’s not all- the City of Dreams has a complex that boasts 1,400 hotel rooms with more in the pipeline. Not to mention the permanent apartments and residents and 175,000 square foot of commercial space including its very own Hard Rock Café, multiple other restaurant options and a unique water show in one of the largest commercial pools in the world.

The largest casino in the USA and the second largest in the entire world is the Winstar World Casino, located in Oklahoma. With over 500,000 square foot of gaming area, a further 1,500 hotel rooms, PGA-designed golf course, bull riding area and many dining establishments, this complex has been on the bucket list for casino goers since it was opened in 2003. The Winstar World Casino has a huge array of casino games including 7,400 electronic games. 46 table poker rooms, 99 total table games, Racer’s off-track betting, a high limit room, keno and bingo.

Perhaps Macau in China is the new casino capital of the world, with two casinos in the top 3 and 7 in the top 10. When the building of The Venetian Macao was finished in 2007, it beat the Winstar World Casino to the top spot with it’s huge 550,000 square foot of gaming area. In fact, the gaming area at The Venetian Macao is so large that it has been split into four areas. The complex itself is 10,500,000 square foot and features a 31-story hotel with over 2,900 suites. There are also reserved suites at The Venetian Macao, for premium guests only. The largest of these being the Presidente; a 12-bay suite with four bedrooms.

The Venetian Macao is one for the casino bucket-list, even if it doesn’t include a stay in the Presidente.
