A SAFE EXPERIENCE

In line with the latest Government restrictions, safety of our team members and customers remains our highest priority. In England from Thursday 27th January 2022, we’re advising our customers and team members to continue to wear a face covering in our casinos if they can. In Scotland, face coverings remain mandatory for those who can wear them in our casinos. We will continue to provide face coverings at entry to our casinos and have a range of safety measures in place in our casinos, including hand sanitising stations and screens.

The following are our COVID related F&Qs

Rainbow Casino

When Entering Our Venue

Our casinos are membership only, you will need to become a member to visit our casinos, please see Membership on how to join. Membership is free.

Do I need to show a negative test/vaccine passport?

You do not need to show a negative test or proof of a

vaccine to enter. However, if you're able to do so, please take a covid test

before attending the venue. This will not be compulsory, but helps keep

everyone safe.

Seating & Capacity

Our table games still operate a reduced capacity in order to maintain some space between other customers and our staff. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable whilst in our venue. Our electronic games such as Slots still have glass dividers between them.

Face Coverings

Following recent guidance from the UK Government, in England face coverings are not a requirement within the casino but are encouraged.

Face coverings remain a requirement in Scotland.

Face coverings are available for free upon entry and throughout the casino.

Enhanced Cleaning

The well-being of our guests and team members is paramount, which is why we have introduced an enhanced cleaning schedule for all tables, chips, gaming machines and other touch points

Cleaner Hands

Our staff will be prompted to regularly wash and sanitise their hands; we also encourage our guests to do so too.

There are hand sanitiser stations located by all of our games for added safety.
